 Jefferson Area Builders, Inc. was founded in 1984. President
and CEO Michael Sadler, a Charlottesville native, has an undergraduate degree from
Virginia Commonwealth University, a Masters Degree from the University of Virginia, and
holds a Virginia Class "A" Contractors License. Our mission is to build a
quality home, conducting business with the utmost integrity and serving our customers with
the utmost respect.
We build for
young families just starting out in their first home as well as "move-up" and
"empty nester" buyers up to the $1.5 million price range. We also do remodeling and garage additions. Our "Jefferson" area
includes Charlottesville and Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Nelson, and
Orange counties.
